How do its active ingredients work?

Blueberry and cranberry

They are characterized by their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties (high content of resveratrol, anthocyanins, and vitamin C) that help prevent degenerative diseases and stimulate the immune system. On the other hand, they have a protective effect against urinary tract infections (proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins). It is known that cranberries have anti-adhesive properties because they form a "slippery barrier" that prevents bacteria from adhering to the surface of the urinary tract (thus preventing their multiplication and colonization of the urinary epithelium), facilitating their elimination through urine. In addition, anthocyanidins can act directly on certain bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, breaking the cytoplasmic membrane and inhibiting their enzymatic activity. This effect helps prevent urinary tract infections, cystitis, and the formation of stones in cats and dogs.

It is a source of soluble and insoluble fiber with prebiotic properties and intestinal transit regulation, in addition to being rich in antioxidants like betaine, minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron), and vitamins (B complex and vitamin C). Betaine, as a donor of methyl groups, has anti-inflammatory and osmoprotective properties for cells. Coconut pulp contains around 65% of medium-chain fatty acids. To whom and for what purpose?

  • Superpinkkun prevents and helps treat recurrent lower urinary tract infections such as cystitis, in addition to improving kidney function and overall health of your furry friend. Some changes you may notice in your pet that may indicate urinary problems include difficulty urinating, frequent urination but small amounts, discomfort during urination, urinating in unusual places, frequent licking in the genital area, changes in behavior, etc.
  • Additionally, this supplement also helps reduce discomfort and pain in cases of allergies, chronic inflammation (osteoarthritis, dermatitis, hepatitis, etc.), obesity, aging, situations involving high metabolic activity (physical exercise, diseases, etc.), etc.

 

SUPERPINKKUN is not recommended for use in the following cases:

  • Predisposition or presence of oxalate stones. In these cases, it is recommended to seek the opinion of a veterinarian before using the product.

How is it administered?

Daily recommendation to be added on top of the food or through homemade treats. This dose can be divided into different servings throughout the day:

*Use one tablespoon (6.2 g/tablespoon).

Superpinkkun for dogs and cats can be administered together with any type of diet (dry, homemade or commercial cooked, BARF, or dehydrated). Additionally, it can be given chronically without the need for any resting period between jars.

For how long should I administer it?

  • In case of discomfort in the urinary tract: Daily administration is recommended for at least 1 month and should be continued as long as the symptoms persist. During the first week, the daily dose can even be doubled.
  • For animals with allergies, arthritis, dermatitis, hepatitis, overweight pets, or those with a high level of physical activity: Daily administration is recommended for at least 1 month and should be continued as long as the symptoms persist.
  • Against completely healthy animals as prevention: It is recommended to administer this supplement between 2-4 times per week.

Una solución perfecta

Mi perra tenía problemas con su sistema urinaria por tercera vez. No quería darle antibióticos de nuevo. Por eso, he comprado el suplemento para el tracto urinario de Superpinkkun. Y funciona muy, muy bien. Los problemas han desaparecidos en menos de 2 semanas. Sigo utilizando este producto, para ayudarla de forma natural.

Funciona

Encontré el PH de Tosca a 7 y empezaban a formarse algunos cristales de estruvita, enseguida me puse con este suplemento y en tan solo tres semanas (y porqué no lo miré antes) el PH es 5.5 y la orina limpia de cristales.
Si tienes alguna duda, pregúntales, porqué te atenderán y girarán en lo que necesites.

Hay que echar demasiado

Aún no puedo decir si el producto es efectivo o no. Se que los ingredientes son buenos, pero lo mezclo con la comida húmeda de mi gato y la cantidad que hay que echar es demasiada, y debe cambiar el sabor porque mi gato ya no se la come como antes y tengo que ir detrás de él para que se la termine y hace muecas (me ha salido sibarita)

He tratado a mis gatos con este suplemento unos 3 meses. Tenían cristales de estruvita y han mejorado mucho, complementando con dieta húmeda y sopas. Es bastante palatable.

Tenía el Ph sobre 8.0 y deapues de darle Superpinkkun,, lo tiene a 6.5. Ahora se lo damos para Prevención. Hace su función, de momento, aunque me parece un poco caro.
